3M™ 9741M uses a thick acrylic adhesive coating to bond and conform to irregular and flat surfaces, including plastic films and foils that are difficult to stick to.
3M™ 396 is a polyester film tape with a rubber-based adhesive that works with polyesters, polyethylenes, and lots of other difficult-to-bond-to materials.
